The GAIN Leadership team provides strategic direction, clinical expertise, and operational guidance to ensure high-quality, person-centred, geriatric care across GAIN teams in our Region. Our leaders bring extensive experience in geriatrics, system transformation, and interprofessional practice, championing innovative approaches that enhance access, coordination, and outcomes for older adults and their caregivers. Working closely with community partners, hospitals, primary care, and specialized programs, the team oversees the implementation of evidence-informed models of care, supports continuous quality improvement, and fosters a culture of learning and collaboration. Together, GAIN Leadership is committed to advancing integrated geriatric care, strengthening caregiver supports, and ensuring that older adults receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
