Evaluation and Data Analyst
Xin Yi is an Evaluation and Data Analyst at Seniors Care Network, bringing expertise in health informatics, statistical analysis, and health policy to drive impactful evaluation initiatives and support Specialized Geriatric Services (SGS) advocacy. She holds a Master of Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Public Policy from the University of Toronto.
Xin Yi started her journey at Seniors Care Network in May 2024 as a Practicum student under the supervision of Sabeen Ehsan. Since then, Xin Yi has collaborated with the entire team, and played a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making and improvements within select Seniors Care Network programs & services. Notable contributions include:
Co-led the Central East Provider Experience Evaluation, GAIN ROI Evaluation
Conducted operational evaluations of Durham MINT Memory Clinics to assess performance and impact
Designs data collection and visualization system for Central East GAIN teams
Co-authors clinical guidance documents, including Adapted Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Guidance document
Developes various strategic communication materials
Revamped the organization's website to improve user experience and accessibility.
