Dimensions of Teamwork (DTEAM) Evaluation Report

This Report highlights the findings from the 2014 evaluation of interprofessional teamwork among 10 Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) teams following program expansion. The evaluation included use of a validated, psychometric tool - The Dimensions of Teamwork (DTEAM) tool - developed and implemented by Dr. David P. Ryan (Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto; Ryan & Cott, 1994). The survey had an ~87% response rate, and the Report describes the need for continuing professional development (CPD) in identified areas of interprofessional team practice.
