Ontario Health East Adult Day Program Guidelines

Beginning in June 2024, leadership from the Champlain ADP Providers Service Network, Seniors Care Network, and the Victoria Order of Nurses (South East) collaborated to develop the Ontario Health East Region Adult Day Program Guidelines. These Guidelines were adapted from the Central East Adult Day Program (ADP) Guidelines, 2020 and further strengthened through recent review and feedback from ADP providers. The goal of the guidelines is to minimize undesirable variation and facilitate the provision of consistent, high-quality programs and services across the Region. We understand that some variation may be necessary to adapt these guidelines to specific programs, local circumstances, and the clients and their wishes.
