In collaboration with community members, older adults, family/friend caregivers, and advocates for vulnerable older adults, this guide was created to support the current needs of older adults and family/ friend caregivers in the Central East Region of Ontario (Northumberland County, Peterborough City and County, Haliburton County and City of Kawartha Lakes, Durham, and Scarborough).
